LIFT. is a place for Humans who want to be strong, move with intent and connect with other people.
We offer group fitness classes focused on strength training and open to all levels.
Our goal is to make you LIFT heavy weights, and enjoy the process AND the benefits in your daily life, outside of the gym.
We do this through smart coaching and classes designed to be progressive and challenging whatever your goal is.
BUILD.
BUILD. is our strength class.
Focused on building strength, muscle mass, skills & confidence, that class will give you a full body strength workout using and lifting all sorts of weights (barebell, kettlebells, dumbbells...)
Our coaching will meet you where you are and give you time to learn proper form and progress your load as you go.
BUILD. is the perfect class to add to your weekly schedule
BURN. is our strength + conditioning class.
In a BURN. class, we pair heavy exercises with lighter more dynamic, more cardio ones to increase that heart rate and make your heart and lungs burn along your muscles.
Perfect if you want to sweat and get ready for a fitness "hybrid" fitness competition.
